Women's Center for SoulCARE

The Women's Center for SoulCARE ("we," "us," "our") created this reflection as a quiet, prayerful space. We take the trust you place in us seriously, and we want to be plain about what we collect and how we use it.
This policy explains how we handle information when you use the Sacred Path Reflection experience and any related pages, and when you choose to receive communication from us.
Information you give us. When you complete the reflection and ask to receive it, we collect your first name, your email address, your phone number (only if you choose to provide it), your consent choices, and your multiple-choice responses along with a copy of the personal reflection generated for you, so we can send it to you.
Your private written answers. The reflection invites you to write, in your own words, what you feel you carry and who you feel drawn to serve. These written words stay in your own browser and are not sent to us — unless you tick the optional box giving us permission to keep a copy so we can support you personally. If you don't tick that box, we never receive or store your written words.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, basic technical information (such as your device and browser type) may be recorded to keep the experience working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others' advertising.
We use trusted service providers to deliver this experience and our emails — including GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores our contact records and sends our email on our behalf. These providers process your information only to provide their services to us, under their own privacy and security commitments.
We keep your information for as long as it's needed to serve you and stay in relationship with you, or until you ask us to remove it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we rely on established providers with their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is ever perfectly secure, but we treat what you share with care.
This reflection is intended for adult women. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above.
